Design for Dublin Docklands

REDscape is working on the award-winning project for the development of the public space in the port area of Dublin. The high density, the beautiful location on the border of the Liffey estuary and the city center, and the hub for financial and creative industries make this the place for innovation and development both geographically and economically. The planning area includes 30 hectares of public space, including 6 kilometers of quays and 5.5 hectares of squares and parks. The development task consists of 2600 new homes and 35 hectares of commercial space. Of these, 80% is already in development. REDscape leads the project team with O’Connor Sutton Cronin engineers, Howley Hayes Architects, ecologist Scott Cawley, and Build Cost Quantity surveyors.
