The landscape masterplan for Dublin Port North is a new vision for the Port of Dublin based around the aims of the port master plan 2040 and its new internal infrastructure plan, developed by our partners at Roughan O Donavan engineers. An interactive relationship between Dublin Port and its surroundings was proposed: strengthening its integration with the bay and the city. A new Greenway of 3,5 km was designed that that links the port to its northern periphery and ends in a linear park with spectacular views over Dublin bay and views to arriving ferries and cruisers. The Greenway is to be linked to Clontarf (north Dublin) via Eastpoint Business park and the city centre via the East Wall Road.
